Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, you will get the chance to:

• Work with HR systems (Workday), learning basic configurations to support business needs.
• Gain insights into the HR operations and HRIS platforms, understanding how technology drives HR efficiency.
• Support key HR processes across Europe, including:

• Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth start
• Assisting with Visa administration and compliance
• Managing university agreements for internships and partnerships
• Supporting Health & Safety initiatives
• Getting hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Interested in HR systems and eager to learn more about HR technology (Workday)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus!)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for HR.
